Operated by the Municipality of Monte Argentario in collaboration with the local tourist offices, they offer maps, brochures, and personalized recommendations on beaches, hiking trails, and ferries to Giglio and Giannutri, as well as booking services for excursions and event tickets.
The first center is located in Porto Santo Stefano, in Piazza del Valle, the arrival point for those coming by sea or by land. The second center is located in Porto Ercole, in Piazzale Roma, near the historic entrance to the town and a short distance from the main parking lots.
Both centers welcome and assist visitors, distribute informational materials, and provide guidance on local events, nature trails, lodging options, and cultural itineraries, thereby helping to enhance the tourist experience in the Argentario area.
April 6–May 31:
every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM;
June 1–June 12:
daily 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–10:00 PM;
June 13–September 14:
daily 9:30 AM–12:30 PM, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM, and 8:00 PM–11:00 PM;
from September 15 to September 30:
daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
from October 1 to November 30:
