Municipality of Monte Argentario

Operated by the Municipality of Monte Argentario in collaboration with the local tourist offices, they offer maps, brochures, and personalized recommendations on beaches, hiking trails, and ferries to Giglio and Giannutri, as well as booking services for excursions and event tickets.

The image shows the logo of the Municipality of Monte Argentario. In the center is a shield with a white background, divided into two sections: In the lower section, against a wavy blue background representing the sea, there is a large golden anchor with a coiled rope. In the background, a gray mountain can be glimpsed rising from the sea. Above the shield is a golden mural crown, a typical symbol of Italian municipalities. Surrounding the shield, on a transparent background, are twelve orange five-pointed stars arranged in a circle. They resemble the style of the European Union stars.

The tourist information service is run in coordination with the Municipality of Monte Argentario, whose main office is located in Porto Santo Stefano at 36 Corso Umberto, while a branch office is open in Porto Ercole, right on Piazzale Roma, just a stone’s throw from the historic center.

This widespread presence ensures effective information services along the entire length of the Argentario coast.
