Trattoria Maremmana Dai Frati

Trattoria dai Frati was founded in 2015 by Cristina and Stefano, who wanted to create a smaller, more intimate setting that would be open year-round.
Seven years later, the trattoria has expanded to include an upper floor offering a stunning view of the sea.
To stand out from the local scene, they chose to serve traditional Maremma dishes as an alternative to the seafood menus offered by all the other restaurants in the area.
Every evening, Cristina, with the help of her daughter Camilla, offers their customers menus featuring local products made with authentic ingredients. Stefano manages the La Sorgente restaurant, a setting surrounded by greenery near the Passionist monastery. Our goal is to meet everyone’s needs by offering alternatives for those with food intolerances and allergies: we prepare “gnudi” with ricotta and spinach, served with our sauces, for those with celiac disease. As animal lovers, your four-legged friends are welcome!!
