Lunch is served in the Mezzanino, located one floor above the lobby, during lunchtime. Dinner features authentic Tuscan cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients, including produce from therestaurant’sown garden, cultivated in collaboration with the social cooperative L’Orto Giusto.

The wine list features exclusively Tuscan wines, offering a curated journey through the region’s vineyards. A signature dish, “Spaghetto Otto Pomodori,” available from June to October, showcases eight varieties of tomato prepared using a variety of techniques.

Scirocco Lounge Bar At sunset, the Rooftop Bar offers a shared Aperitivo menu paired with signature cocktails inspired byCaravaggio’spaintings, along with a special selection of Negroni cocktails curated for enthusiasts.
