The Resort's Restaurants
At the Resort’s restaurants, Dama Dama and Club House, guests can enjoy cuisine that showcases the flavors and colors of the local region. Chef Emiliano Lombardelli places particular emphasis on organic produce fromthe Resort’sgarden and carefully selects ingredients from small local producers, prioritizing seasonal ingredients and their authenticity.
Dama Dama is the fine-dining restaurant, while Club House offersa casual atmosphere. Both feature an outdoor terrace with panoramic views.
The Club House Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, and is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the golf course, at the beach, or exploring Tuscany.
If you choose the resort for a detox vacation, you can also enjoy dishes prepared using the Wellbeing Method developed by nutritionist and biologist Luca Naitana, which promotes a lifestyle focused on the well-being of both body and mind: a diet that emphasizes vegetables, fruits, legumes, extra-virgin olive oil, white meat, and fresh fish.
