Guests can sunbathe and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the islands of Giannutri and Giglio. Thanks to the outdoor tables, you can enjoy social gatherings such as an aperitif at sunset or a romantic dinner. At night, the complete absence of light pollution allows you to admire a spectacular starry sky, ideal for those who wish to observe or photograph the constellations of the Milky Way with the proper equipment.
The property consists of two rooms, named “Lavanda” and “Pergola,” and two living units, “Gelsomino” and “Ginestra, ” all equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a heated towel rack, a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchenware. The living units also feature a kitchen, while outside there is a fully equipped barbecue area.
About a half-hour walk from the farmhouse lies the picturesque Maddalena cove, accessible via a trail suitable for experienced hikers, which offers access to a crystal-clear, secluded stretch of sea. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the most beautiful coves of Argentario, including Mar Morto and Cala del Gesso. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will find numerous scenic trails, such as the one leading to Capo d’Omo, the Senal, the Tornado along the Stradadell’Olmo, and, continuing along the military road, the trail known as Tramonto.
