Lunch is served in the Mezzanino, located one floor above the lobby, during midday hours. Dinner showcases authentic Tuscan cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients, including produce from the restaurant’s own garden, cultivated in collaboration with the social cooperative L’Orto Giusto.

The wine list is entirely Tuscan, offering a curated journey through the region’s vineyards. A signature dish, “Spaghetto Otto Pomodori,” available from June to October, celebrates eight varieties of tomato prepared using diverse techniques.

Scirocco Lounge Bar At sunset, the Rooftop Bar presents a shared Aperitivo menu accompanied by signature cocktails inspired by Caravaggio’s paintings, along with a special Negroni selection curated for enthusiasts.

Guests can enjoy their drinks surrounded by treetop views overlooking Corsini’s Botanical Garden and the harbor of Porto Ercole.
